Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional valet parking services to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Keep parking areas clean and organized
- Assist customers with directions and parking information
Requirements
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States with clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
- Proficiency in smartphone usage for work-related tasks
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Wage Information: Starting wage is at minimum wage as required by San Francisco Minimum Wage Ordinance ($19.18/hour effective July 1, 2025). Compensation is negotiable based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. All wages are paid in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
San Francisco Benefits: In accordance with San Francisco Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, employees earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. Sick leave begins to accrue on the first day of employment and carries over from year to year. Employees may begin using sick leave on the 90th day of employment.
Background Check: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law.
