Oversized Vehicle Policy

Understanding our vehicle size restrictions to ensure your car fits safely in our garages and to avoid any additional fees or complications.

Definition

An oversized vehicle is any passenger vehicle that exceeds standard garage dimensions or presents operational challenges due to height, width, or length.

A vehicle is considered oversized if it meets any of the following criteria:

Oversized Vehicle Criteria

Length: Over 190 inches (≈16 ft / 4.83 m)
Height: Over 70 inches (≈5 ft 10 in / 1.78 m)
Width: Over 75 inches (≈6 ft 3 in / 1.9 m) including mirrors

Other Considerations

Vehicle Type: Large pickup trucks, large SUVs, vans, or vehicles with dual rear wheels
Special Consideration: If the vehicle requires two spaces, cannot comfortably fit standard garage ramps, or blocks visibility/safety, it is oversized regardless of listed dimensions

Standard Vehicles

These vehicles typically fit in all our garage locations:

  • Chrysler Pacifica
  • Honda Tacoma (Single Cab / Access Cab Short Bed)
  • Honda CR-V
  • Toyota RAV4
  • Subaru Outback
  • Tesla Model 3 / Model Y
  • Toyota Corolla, Camry
  • Ford Escape

Oversized Vehicles

These vehicles can be accommodated with additional fees:

Pickup Trucks (Crew Cab / Dual Cab, Long Bed)

  • Toyota Tacoma Double Cab
  • Toyota Tundra (all)
  • Ford F-150 / F-250 / F-350 (all cabs)
  • Dodge Ram 1500 / 2500 / 3500 (all cabs)
  • Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra (all cabs)

Large SUVs

  • Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban
  • GMC Yukon / Yukon XL
  • Cadillac Escalade (all, especially ESV)
  • Ford Expedition / Expedition MAX

Supersized Vehicles

Vehicles meeting multiple oversized criteria may be considered "supersized":

  • Exceeds two or more size restrictions (length + height, width + height, etc.)
  • Commercial vehicles, RVs, or specialized vehicles
  • Vehicles requiring special handling or multiple parking spaces

Additional fees may apply for supersized vehicles on top of standard oversized vehicle fees.

Accommodation & Pricing

We welcome all vehicle sizes! Here's what to expect:

  • Standard vehicles: Regular parking rates apply
  • Oversized vehicles: Additional fees apply - we can accommodate with advance notice
  • Supersized vehicles: Premium fees apply - special arrangements required
  • Commercial/Bus parking: Available at 25 Mason Lot with advance reservations
